Information regarding Appraisals for 2024-2025 has been sent by email. The email includes your Appraisal form and guide and confirms the name of your Appraiser.

Please ensure you use the correct form and read the correct guide, as they differ slightly for School Staff (i.e. Teachers, LSA, Care Team etc.) and Non-School staff (i.e. Maintenance, Domestic, Kitchen, Admin etc.).

Only those who has passed, or almost passed their probationary period will be invited to join the appraisal scheme at this stage. Those who are due to pass their probationary later in the appraisal period, will be invite to join later, or will join in the next Appraisal year, depending on the date of their successful, final, Probationary Review Meeting.

Please follow the guide to complete your appraisal form, complete ahead of any deadline date set by your appraiser and arrange your appraisal meeting.
