Maths Teacher - KS3 & KS4 (Green Zone)
Talbot House Children's Charity are looking to recruit a qualified Maths Teacher with experience of working with SEN pupils with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADAH, trauma and attachment, some of our pupils may have multiple needs.
We are a small non-maintained special school with pupils ranging from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, this role is to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, known internally as Green Zone. Class sizes are rarely larger than 6 pupils.
The successful applicant must have excellent subject knowledge and high expectations for all pupils and excellent classroom management skills. If you believe you have what it takes to become part of our fantastic team please apply.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, or alternatively, you could work Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Meals are provided.
Salary: Competitive, we will consider all salaries for this role (M1 to M6). An SEN payment is paid for this role, further details can be discussed if invited for interview.
Starting date: as soon as possible, pending your notice requirements, ideally no later than January 2024.
